Beth Greenacre (BA, 1997) worked with David Bowie as curator of his art collection for more than sixteen years, during which time they became close friends as well as collaborators. Beth will talk about her experiences of working with Bowie, and along with fellow Courtauld Alumnus, Simon Hucker (MA, 1997), Director Senior Specialist of Modern and Post-War British Art at Sotheby’s, will discuss their involvement in curating Bowie/Collector, and the extraordinary success of the auction sales in November 2016.
