Attribution
Title: The triptych is know as: Virgin and Child Enthroned with Saints (the Seilern Tabernacle).
It is attributed to Bernardo Daddi and his workshop and was painted in 1338. The date given on the base of the central part is: ANNO (DNI M)CCCXXXVIII.
Its actual size is 875mm x 390mm (central panel) and 627mm x 17mm (each shutter) and is painted with egg tempera and gold leaf on panel.
It was owned by Count Anton Seilern. Before this it was in possession of Count Collalto, Czechoslovakia, who placed it in 1914 in the then Landesarcgiv, Brno.
